STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. This invoice is to be presented for any limited warranty 6 Months from the date of purchase on "Return to Base" basis.
2. All courier charges and insurance costs are to be paid by the consumer.
3. All computer systems purchased will not have software installed onto the hard Drive unless purchased in addition by the consumer.
4. Software is not covered by the warranty and a service charge will apply.
5. JUST TECH BROWNS BAY LIMITED is not responsible for any loss of data caused by the above goods.
6. Returns not covered by warranty can be made within 7 days from date of sale on the condition the goods are in re-saleable condition. The original invoice must be attached and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
7. In the case of there being no fault or defect a $45 fee will be charged and it required to be paid in full before the goods will be returned.
