All returns require a Goods Return Authority (GRA) issued by us. The issuance of a GRA does not guarantee acceptance of the return.
- Faulty Products: If a faulty product is returned within 7 working days of dispatch and is unused, unopened, and in salable condition, you will receive a full credit. Freight charges are non-refundable.
- Non-Faulty Products: Returns of non-faulty products require a GRA, must be in salable condition, and are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Freight charges are non-refundable.
